It concludes with the twelve tribal leaders each bringing identical but individually described inauguration offerings for the altar.

A barren woman is visited by an angel announcing she will bear a son β a lifelong Nazirite destined to save Israel from the Philistines β and that she must avoid wine and unclean food during pregnancy.
